In this stage of her life, Sarah enjoys Physie for the social and fitness aspect it brings as a busy High school PDHPE teacher and first time mum to Ellie.
As a Physie teacher, Sarah has helped many of her junior students to achieve and exceed personal goals including a repechage champion, overall team age group champions and many zone and national level finalists and placegetters.
Sarah's favourite thing about Physie is the confidence and sense of achievement it brings to young dancers of all ability and experience levels and the community it creates. Knowing that no matter where you go in Australia, and now some places around the world, there will always be a Physie club ready to welcome you and make you feel at home.

Kelly Stewart

13yrs to Ladies
Kelly began teaching at Connells Point Physie in 2016. A high achiever herself, she wanted to pass on her passion for Physie and dance to other women and help them achieve their fitness and dance goals.
Kelly has experienced a range of successes in both team and individual competition, placing many times at the highest level in both categories. Most recently, Kelly has been part of national winning teams and individually, has achieved many places at both zone and National level.
When Kelly isn't at Physie, she is an international flight attendant and spends time with her family. She loves that she can share the sport of Physie with her mother, sisters and now her own daughter and niece despite often being on flights 3 days a week! Kelly comes from a family of Physie teachers with both of her sisters competing and teaching for their own clubs.
Kelly not only brings a passion and vast personal experience participating in Physie to her classes but growing up Kelly trained in a variety of dance styles including Jazz, Ballet and Contemporary. She also completed a Bachelor of Dance, Mastering in Primary Education and many years of classroom teaching. All of these skills and experiences help to make Kelly the best teacher she can be.
