The best exercise is when you’re having so much fun, you don’t even realise you’re exercising. That’s what Physie will give you. A weekly class where laughter and connection come hand in hand with strength and fitness. Find an activity that nourishes not only your body but your soul. Regardless of your fitness level or experience, Physie will energise, strengthen and tone your body week by week.

Our classes are combined once a week and once a week separated into beginner and open level. 

​

Competions are completely optional but are broken up into experience level and then age, allowing our sport to cater to absolute beginners! 

​

Women who are beginning their physie journey for the first time as a lady or returning after many years away are graded as beginner or intermediate for up to 6 years before joining their age category. 

​

Age categories for ladies are divided into the following groups:

Beginner

Intermediate

Under 33

Over 33

Over 40

Over 50

Over 60

... showing we really are a sport for women of all ages and abilities! We even have national level competition available to all of these categories.

Join women who are friendly, welcoming and who make exercising a joy. Physie will not only be your source of physical activity but your cherished community of like-­minded friends who will support you as you bring out your best. You can even share it with your daughter!

Physie is a sport for women of all ages and abilities and you are welcome to come try your first class for free.
